01 — SEO

SEO that compounds

Search optimization for businesses that want leads from Google — not a monthly PDF full of jargon.

Retainers from $1,500/moTypical engagement: 6–12 monthsMonth-to-month after month 6

SEO isn’t magic and it isn’t a mystery box. It’s a fixed set of levers: technical health, content that matches what people search, and reputation signals that make Google trust you. Most sites are leaving two of those three on the table.

We do the unglamorous work in the right order — fix what’s broken, target what’s winnable, build what lasts — and we report on the metric your accountant cares about: how many customers search brought you.

What’s included

No mystery boxes.

Exactly what you get, in the order you get it. Every item below has shown up on an invoice for a client, which is more than we can say for half the industry’s “proprietary process.”

Find out where you actually stand

Before we touch anything, we learn your market. Every engagement starts here.

  • Technical audit

Crawl errors, indexation, speed, mobile issues, structured data — a prioritized list, not a 60-page dump.

  • Keyword & intent research

What your buyers actually type, mapped to pages, filtered by whether you can realistically win.

  • Competitor gap analysis

Who’s outranking you, why, and which of their wins are stealable.

  • Analytics cleanup

Google Search Console and Analytics set up properly, so we measure leads — not just sessions.

Fix, build, and earn

The execution months. This is where the compounding happens.

  • On-page optimization

Titles, headings, internal links, and page structure — rewritten by humans, for humans.

  • Content that ranks

Briefs for your writers or ours, aimed at keywords with buying intent. No AI filler, no 2,000-word essays about nothing.

  • Local signals

Google Business Profile, reviews, and citations — if customers find you by city, this is half the game.

  • Link earning

Digital PR and partnerships that get real sites to reference you. We don’t buy links from link farms, and we’ll show you the difference.

Prove it, in plain English

You’ll always know what we did and what it produced.

  • A live dashboard

Rankings, traffic, calls, and form fills — checkable at 11pm if you like.

  • A monthly Loom video

10 minutes, us talking through what we did, what moved, and what’s next.

  • Lead attribution

Not “sessions up 12%.” Calls from organic, form submissions, and what they were worth.

How it runs

The first ninety days, mapped.

01

Audit

Weeks 1–2. We read your data, your competitors’ data, and your market. You get the findings whether you hire us or not.

02

Roadmap

Week 3. A ranked list of what we’ll do, in what order, and what each item should move. Fixed scope, shared sheet, no surprises.

03

Execute

Months 2–6. We ship fixes and content every sprint — you’ll see work, not activity reports.

04

Compound

Month 6 onward. Rankings build on each other. This is when SEO gets cheap relative to what it returns.

A good fit if…

  • You have a product or service people already search for
  • You can wait 4–6 months for the flywheel to spin up
  • You want a partner who explains trade-offs, not a vendor who hides behind dashboards
  • Your site converts reasonably well — or you’ll let us fix that too

Not a fit when…

  • You need leads this month (run Google Ads — we do that too, honestly)
  • You’re in a YMYL niche and expect page one in 90 days on a brand-new domain
  • You want us to “just do some SEO” without access to your site and data

Told you we’d talk you out of things. A studio that qualifies its own clients is a studio that keeps them.

What it costs

One-time audits start at $2,500. Ongoing retainers start at $1,500/month and scale with how much execution your market needs — a local plumber and a national e-commerce brand need very different amounts of work.

After month six, everything is month-to-month. If we’re not earning the invoice, you can walk. We’ve never lost a client to a competitor’s pitch; we have lost one to a business closing, and we helped them sell the site.

Prices are starting points, published here so you can qualify us before we talk — we’ve never understood the “it depends” pricing page.

Common questions

About seo, answered.

How long until I see results?

Honest answer: technical fixes can show movement in weeks; content and link work typically shows real traction in 3–4 months and compounds from there. We wrote a full, honest timeline on the blog because this question deserves more than a hedge.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and nobody who does is being straight with you. Google’s own documentation says nobody can guarantee rankings. What we do guarantee: the work gets done on schedule, and you’ll see exactly what was done and what it produced.

What do you need from me?

Access to your site and analytics, one point of contact who can approve work, and roughly two hours a month. If you have subject-matter experts willing to answer questions for content, even better — that input is why our content outranks generic stuff.

Can you work with our dev team?

Yes — about half our SEO clients have their own developers. We write tickets they’ll actually thank us for, with acceptance criteria and priority order.

What if we’ve been burned by an SEO agency before?

Then you’re our average client. We’ll start with a one-time audit so you can judge us on the findings before committing to anything monthly.
